This is the first time that optical classification is used to classify both green and roasted coffee. Remove quakers, burnt or scorched almonds, stones and other particles. Good grains may be found to come out of the faulty channel, but in a calibrated compressed air, these can represent between 1 and 3, against a massive increase in quality.
